Job Description

As a B2B Credit Controller you will be responsible for managing credit risk and optimizing cash flow in business-to-business transactions.

The main bulk of your duties will be overseeing commercial credit to foster strong client relationships and contribute to overall financial success of the business.

The Successful Applicant

The Credit Controller should possess the following qualities:

  1. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess financial data, evaluate creditworthiness, and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Communication Skills: Effective communication to negotiate payment terms, address client concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
  3. Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in reviewing financial documents and identifying discrepancies or potential risks.
  4. Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking to devise strategies for debt recovery and mitigate credit risks.
  5. Customer Focus: Balancing financial objectives with maintaining positive customer relationships.
  6. Organizational Skills: Managing multiple accounts, payments, and deadlines efficiently.
