Job description

BAC is looking for a new Director of Finance. The Director of Finance holds a key financial leadership and advisory position, responsible for overseeing the financial health and sustainability of BAC. The role involves supporting financial planning, advising on annual budgeting, reviewing and signing off monthly and quarterly reporting, and ensuring continual compliance with financial regulations.

BAC has a full-time finance team led by a Head of Finance and supported by the Executive Director. The role of Director Finance is a critical check and challenge function to ensure this team deliver high quality, compliant work. This role will also act as an advisor to the Executive Team on proposed business strategies and strategic financial planning.

Interviews will take place in person at Battersea Arts Centre and will include a brief tour of the building.
