In addition, you will provide support across all services in regard to clinical and non-clinical audits/outcomes as well as for clinical trials whilst constantly working on ways to improve. The Head of Quality Assurance will work with the EMS Executive Team to promote across the whole organisation an awareness of and commitment to the quality standards and objectives required by the business, through effective motivation, communication and training.

Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the role will have direct interaction with various departments, multiple areas and senior managers across the business. The Head of Quality Assurance will work directly with the COO and support continual improvement projects. Benefits

We are a people-first organisation and we're proud to do what is right and sustainable for our people, community, and environment.

Our colleagues are our champions, and we have a colleague committee that drives progress for us as a business. We have designated champions in areas including community, environment, mental health, diversity, and inclusion.

From volunteering days helping our local community, to fundraising events supporting our charity of the year (chosen by our employee of the year), we work together to create meaningful change.

Benefits

We are a family-first team, which is why our hours and days are flexible. We know life can be different weekly, so we trust you to work your hours, in your own way.

This role is hybrid - with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Ellesmere Port office.

This flexibility is matched by opportunities to progress. Promotions are in your hands, and we work together with our employees to make sure their careers are on their right path and that we’re helping them get to their goals via training and opportunities.

You work hard for us; we work hard for you. It is that simple. And we know, it sounds too good to be true (we hear that a lot). But trust us, this could be the best decision you make.
