Regional Director of Customer & Communities
Central, covering Midlands and East, with regular travel and hybrid working
Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Circa: £110,000 per annum, plus care allowance of £5,854 with great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as our Regional Director
- Review and align the regional operational plan with our strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and effective housing service.
- Provide dynamic leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and transparency in customer service across the region.
- Collaboratively work with the Customer Experience team to make informed decisions, focusing on customer feedback and needs.
- Oversee safety and quality through regular inspections and compliance checks in our homes and communal areas.
- Lead proactive maintenance strategies, ensuring efficient handling of repairs and customer complaints.
- Drive a high-performance team culture through effective management, mentoring, and by embedding our values in daily operations.

Job details
- Looking after our Central region which covers an area from the Midlands to the East
- Full time, 37.5 hpw, flexible working hours (we’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you).If you need to nip out to walk the dog or do the school run, we’re ok with that too!
- Flexible hybrid working (based from any of our national offices) with regular travel including to the North-East where our new, state of the art Head Office is based and also working from home.
- A full current driving licence as you’ll work and travel on a national basis and will be provided with a car allowance as part of your remuneration package to do that.
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
