What you will do in your working day

Responsibilities:

• Data input of customer orders (training will be given on software used) – within HubSpot
• Managing stocks of materials, recording sales and producing reports – within HubSpot
• Managing documents and producing reports for colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Assisting with Weighbridge duties.
• POD invoicing (training will be given on software used). SAGE
• Dealing with customers/internal staff.
• Dealing with customer telephone queries and internal queries.
• Proactive problem solving.
