JOB TITLE: Temporary Finance Assistant

LOCATION: Exeter, Devon

HOURLY RATE: £13 P/H £25'350 equivalent per annum

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

THE ROLE: This is initially a temporary role, starting immediately working ideally up until March 2024. As the Finance Assistant you will be supporting the Finance Manager with general finance and administration duties. This is a great down to earth company with a really fun working environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checking and updating purchase and sales ledger balances


• Scanning, filing, and logging account documents


• Updating computerised accounting systems


• Invoicing


• Payroll


• Data entry


• Inputting through supplier portals


• Handling of company credit cards and petty cash.

KEY SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years' experience using Sage


• Attention to detail


• Experience within payroll


• Ability to work independently


• Great problem solver


• Excellent timekeeping and time management skills.
