Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PR and Marketing professional to join a long standing business based in Honiton. This is a newly created position in which the successful candidate will build upon and maintain the company’s positive image. They will build relationships with influencers and press contacts as well as producing engaging social media and web content.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively managing all social media channels
• Being first point of contact for all influencer activity
• Managing the product placement PR strategy
• Actively seeking out and managing collaboration projects with like-minded companies
• Content creation, including product descriptions, with SEO in mind
• Creating and managing competitions
• Website and marketing administrative duties to include creation of excel spreadsheets
• Managing and updating Google location store listings

Requirements:

• Degree in Journalism, PR, marketing, English or related field would be advantegous but not essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Quick and enthusiastic learner.
• Excellent use of own initiative.
