Job description
The purpose of this post is to work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff, and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan with access to support and guidance as required.

Hours of Work: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only including Training Days (39 Weeks Per Year)

We are looking to appoint a confident, effective and highly motivated General Teaching Assistant who will make a positive contribution to the achievement of all of our
students. The role will require you to work alongside students in all year groups and assist the Class Teacher in the support and inclusion of all students, to ensure students can access their learning and support their academic progress.
Applicants should be kind, resilient and patient with a good sense of humour and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. The desire to see each student be the best they can be is essential
