An exciting opportunity within my client’s esteemed account management team, you'll contribute to supporting, managing, and nurturing relationships with clients in the food industry.
As a customer success manager, you'll be responsible for handling client accounts, addressing their inquiries, conducting regular account evaluations, promoting application usage, and fostering enduring partnerships. We seek a technically adept, intelligent, and organised individual with a background in customer account management.

Key Responsibilities:
This position allows for flexibility to work remotely or in office - in Lincoln, but regular travel to client sites within the UK is a must.
