Position
Mission :
- Provide sales assistance to customers, and ensure a high level of brand and product knowledge
- Achieving personal and store sales targets
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally handling and advising customers of products and services resulting in the achievement of personal and store sales targets
- Professionally represent the brand image at all times
- Merchandising displays and ensuring high standards are maintained within the store
- Provide high quality service to customers face-to- face and over the telephone
- Completing sale documentation and efficient use of internal till and stock systems
- Achieving and maintaining mystery shopper targets
- Accurately check stock levels at a regular basis
- Altering and fitting customers watches
- Support the manager to continuously develop store practices and customer service levels
- Reporting any stock or security issues, and fraudulent activity to management
- Assisting the key holder with opening and closing the store following security procedures to ensure minimum security risk
- Promote effective working practices resulting in a safe and efficient working environment
- Maintain high level of product and brand knowledge
- Support the implementation of brand training initiatives
- Provide in-store aftersales service working with the aftersales teams to achieve a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Take responsibility of personal development and attending training as required
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Profile
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Minimum GCSE level qualification
Professional Experience:
- Previous Retail/Customer Service experience
- Preferably worked in luxury goods/similar retail environment
- Knowledge of and ability to use various IT systems
- Proven experience of contributing towards sales targets
