Production Shift Manager (Waste / Recycling)

£40,000 - £42,000 + Bonus + Overtime (1.5x/2x) + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Night Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am

Commutable From: Warrington, Manchester, Stockport, Leigh, Carrington, Sale, Altrincham

Are you a Production Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader from a Waste or Recycling background, looking to join a world leading organisation, where you can progress your career up to senior management level?

Excellent opportunity to step into a management role where you will be able to implement your own management style, whilst receiving continual training to develop up into more senior positions.

In this role you will oversee 18 direct reports in the production team ensuring KPI's are met, and all operations are carried out to a high degree of health & safety. You will have the chance to implement your own knowledge through their continuous improvement culture.

This role suits a Production Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader, looking to join a very well-established manufacturer where you can develop and long-term career.

The Role:

• Leading production shift operations
• 18 direct reports
• Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am

The Person:

• Relevant engineering qualification
• From a Waste / recycling / Heavy Engineering background
• Looking for a lead role with opportunity to progress up even further
