Part Time HR Opportunity – Co Tyrone – 16 hours per week 

We are working with a successful, specialist NI manufacturer to recruit for their new Part Time HR Officer / Generalist to join them in Dungannon working c16 hours a week. 

Joining a successful, growing business with a European customer base and reporting into and supporting management you will work across all aspects of HR within the business, including;

• Employee relations
• Recruitment & onboarding process
• HR policies & compliance
• Performance management
• Training & staff development
• HR data management
• Other Ad-hoc duties as required

About you:

• HR qualification; CIPD or degree in HR
• Ideally 3 years’ experience in a HR role.
