Job description
Your role will involve working closely alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Assist in managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control during projects.
- Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders.
- Assist in establishing client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and work schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities.
- Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
