Job description
This is a multi-functional role supporting the Creative Content Manager, working with the Creative Content Manager on all asset production and distribution internally and externally.
The successful applicant will assist in producing all marketing collateral, including visual merchandising, lookbooks, and campaign and digital advertising assets. Responsible for the submission of all paid, digital and print media submissions. Assist in all content creation for the brand in including wholesale partner requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support your line manager in the development and documentation of procedures.
- Support Creative Content Manager on collating and distributing seasonal assets for brand partners
- Support the team with all artworking, layouts and uploads for advertising, invites and social post
- Ensure Global Marketing calendar is up to date and share weekly key team communications date
- Create and distribute seasonal and ad-hoc look books in line with brand guidelines
- Provide organisational support for Company events, such as press days, promotional and marketing events
- OIrganisation and distribution of press and marketing mailouts and guidelines
- Submission of all paid, digital and print media submissions
- Keeping track of all global media placements and reporting
- Liaise with Ecommerce and Product Development teams on product loans, product drop dates and cancelled styles.
- Provide support to wider team on departmental monthly reporting and administrative tasks.
- Support the team in the creation of concepts and propose new ideas for social media content.
- Oversee and support creative content assistant in preparing all social media posts and scheduling approved posts.
- Work with creative content assistant to monitor community management across all social platforms, liaising with other departments as appropriate.
- Monitor all channels daily for comments and alert team to any negative sentiments.
- Regularly scan social media channels for counterfeit goods using Adverts IP tool. Inform legal and trademark of any suspicious posts.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- Experience within a Communications team
- Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and InDesign
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellence: High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks.
Beneficial:
- Experience using Fashion GPS would be beneficial.
Other language skills, both verbal and written, would be beneficial
