Job description

As a Life Coach Volunteer, you will provide valuable help by sharing your time and expertise with participants to discuss and progress through barriers they may be facing whilst they are receiving support from one of our programmes.

As this is a key role providing mentoring and support, we ask that you hold a formal qualification (or are studying towards at the time of application) on a recognised coach training programme that is approved by a major coaching body such as, International Coach Federation, Association for Coaching, European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Volunteers help us achieve our aim of empowering people and supporting them towards employment and/or helping with their mental health and wellbeing. They also help in our schools and Social Enterprises and they help us run our charity shops too.
