Job description

Our client is centralising their Administration teams due mergers and acquisitions and are keen to bring a Head of Operations to bring together people, processes and target operating models.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the operational activities ensuring productivity, quality and customer satisfaction are adhered to
• Develop, improve and implement operational strategies
• Process improvement plans to reduce costs and increase productivity
• Manage under-performance
• Coaching and training
• Actively promoting the principles, decisions and requirements of the business

Experience Required:

• Similar background within a large IFA practice
• Teamwork
