LADO
3 month interim contract

Inside IR35 – £40-£45 per hour (via umbrella, negotiable dependent upon experience)

Part time – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 21.6 hours per week

Hybrid – 1 day per week on site

Reporting directly to the LADO Head of Service, a new opportunity has arisen within a Home Counties local authority for an experienced LADO for an initial 3-4 month interim period on a predominantly remote basis to assist with increased workload in the LADO service, due to recent staff changes.
 
Starting ASAPwith interviews taking place WC 19th February 2024.

Experience needed as LADO:

• Have experience of working as a LADO or holding LADO duties as a managerin local authority or children’s Trust setting.
• Demonstrate social worker background and experience in a conference and review unit as a manager, IRO, CP Chair in addition to the LADO experience that is essential.
• Available references for most recent 2 year’s roles.
