Employment Associate - Cambridge
This International firm seek to recruit an Associate to join their Employment team in Cambridge.
Role/Team:
* You will be handling a range of employment work, with a particular focus on contentious work, handling a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims.
* Advisory work - transactional side of M & A, outsourcing, international project based work.
* Work covers cross border transactions, restructuring, redundancies and large scale investigations.
* The team act predominantly for clients in the financial services, life sciences and technology sectors.
Requirements:
* 1PQE +
* Previous employment tribunal experience
* Contentious experience ideal
* Must be able to work with autonomy
Salary/ Benefits:
* £65,000+
* Comprehensive benefits package
* Remote working 50/50
* Bonus including discretionary
