A great opportunity is available for a qualified Financial Controller to join a successful Private Equity backed company based on the outskirts of Lancaster.

Reporting to an engaging and driven FD, you will be responsible for the management of a team of 6 and take full responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function.

As Financial Controller your duties will include :

• Report weekly & monthly P&L forecast & KPI's
• Management of the financial planning process, preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts
• Reporting of business performance against budgets and forecasts, including management of key business inputs to forecasts and to budget
• Manage & track Capex spend
• Contribution to improvements in business processes to improve business profitability and accuracy of financial reporting
• Manage and develop individuals within the finance team

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven track record in delivering results on time in a fast paced environment.
