About the Role
You will be part of a team consisting of seven Bid Coordinators, located regionally across the UK, a Bid Consultant, three Commercial Bid Managers, a Bid Library Manager and an Opportunities Manager, all working under the direction of the Group Bid Director
The Bid Coordinator supports the Bid Manager in the delivery of bid and proposal documents and capability statements. The post holder will work closely with the Bid Team for each proposal. This is a key business support role within our Belfast office supporting proposal generation and submission. You will play a central role in collating and producing quality information for bid
Whilst the role is nominally office based, we have adopted a flexible approach to home working when there is no business need to be in the office
The Bid Coordinator will report directly to the Group Bid Director
