This organisation is a leading player in Chemicals and ingredients for the FMCG market. They provide their products to a huge variety of sectors from food to pharmaceutical to automotive. As a global operation, they are established in over 75 countries worldwide offering you stability and career progression.
The Role
This is a support role looking after the commercial field sales team. The teams are spread across Swansey, Bristol & London. Your duties will include.
• Engaging with your field-based Account Managers, providing information on pricing, documentation, availability and delivery time frames
• Responsible for following up with customers on quotes and winning business.
• Maintain an accurate Dashboard on the team portal.
• Act as support for customer enquiries and Account Managers
• Reactivating customers & growing opportunities.
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you’ll need to be commercially astute and confident with telephone sales and account support. You will also need.
• Advanced Excel, must be expert with Pivot Tables/dashboards
• Ideally a Technical sales/support background
• First class communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in a commercial support role or can clearly demonstrate a desire to learn.
In Return
If successful, the salary is up to £30K and once passed probation you’ll qualify for the bonus (circa £3k p/a). They are open to candidates with solid experience or recent graduates with technical sales ability.
