Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 + Van + Fuel card + Overtime = 1.5 + Great benefits

Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Plant Hire company. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Plant Field Engineer to join their team.

Y our responsibilities will include-

• Service, repair and maintain all plant equipment to the manufactures specifications and to ensure machine reliability and safety.
• Successfully diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic, powertrain and various other faults
  prior to initiating and completing a repair.
• Be able to order correct parts to the parts department
• Provide support and mentoring for junior Plant Fitters.
• Work with a fantastic team of qualified Plant Fitters.
• Complete risk assessments

Other industries considered-

• HGV/Powered Access/Agriculture/Plant/Generator

Experience essential for this role -

• Full UK Driving Licence is required
• Fully qualified Plant Engineer
• NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in a form of engineering
• Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing faults with a variety of plant.
• Ability to diagnose and carry out repairs on errors and faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Good IT skills
• CSCS card preferred but not required
