ENS are recruiting for a Health & Social Care Trainer to deliver mandatory training courses to our care staff and external clients. This role is working 21 hours per week, based Westcliff on Sea, Essex.

ENS Recruitment have been established for over 30 years, providing recruitment in the health and social care sector.  We are currently recruiting for a Trainer to work 21 hours per week at our offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex.  As a Trainer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant face-to-face/virtual training to ENS care staff and external clients. As a Trainer you will enhance learners' knowledge, skills, and performance through tailored training and development initiatives while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 3 award and Training qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years training delivery experience in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Administration of Medication.
• Level 3 instructor certificate in First Aid, Manual handling, and Administration of Medication.
• Experience in writing and updating course material.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of learning styles.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of training courses, evaluate effectiveness, and provide coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with the training division to identify training priorities.
• Update and create course content, which encompasses the development of training session plans, handouts, presentations, and the online platform.

Training Delivery:

• Deliver engaging courses across multiple settings, adapting content for diverse audiences.
• Manage candidate attendance and conduct.
• Facilitate group discussions and activities to enhance learning outcomes.
• Satisfy competencies as necessary for designated training courses.
• Course evaluations to be completed by both trainer and learner following course completion.

Compliance:

Ensure all training complies with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the Care & Support and Health & Social Care divisions to ensure training meets both contractual and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate training records and address compliance issues promptly.
Keep updated with legislation/best practice surrounding training to ensure courses and materials are up to date and compliant.
Communication:
Efficiently communicate with stakeholders to clarify arrangements and maintain operational effectiveness.
Provide constructive feedback and support to learners.
Keep the training division informed of training progress and issues.

Salary for 21 hours per week is £17,472
