Job description
Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a Scaffolding and Fabric Maintenance Lead to add to their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will involve overseeing the management and supervision of scaffolding and fabric maintenance services. This includes ensuring the safe and efficient execution of work according to regulatory, company, and client procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing management and supervision of scaffolding and fabric maintenance services.
- Ensuring safe and efficient execution of work in compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Coaching and mentoring personnel in HSEQ and operational processes.
- Organizing and planning activities effectively to minimize risks.
- Promoting safe working practices aligned with safety cultures.
- Ensuring work scopes are executed and recorded accurately.
- Supporting client and company initiatives.
- Managing team goals in line with business drivers.
- Conducting offshore surveys and preparing estimates.
- Attending constructability reviews and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Application Requirements:
- Possessing relevant offshore certifications
- Proficient in various facility management (FM) services such as scaffolding, FABM, and others
- Familiarity with rope access procedures
- Previous experience in a comparable position
- Proficient in PC operations, particularly Microsoft Office, especially Excel
