Exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Manager to join a growing business based in Harlow, offering up to £50,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)
The role
As Business Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- identifying and developing business requirements in relation to CRM system and other key systems
- configuring and maintaining systems
- supporting the development, testing and implementation process
- ensuring documentation is maintained effectively through projects and change
- working cross functionally, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
About you
Applicants for the Business Systems Manager role will have:
- prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 (systems configuration, user support, business analysis, training etc.)
- experience supporting other business systems (e.g. HR systems)
- experience or an interest in developing project management skills
- excellent communication and cross functional stakeholder skills
