The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Business Support Manager in co-ordinating all the functions of the bank service. This will include supervising Administrative staff within the Bank Office to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered, running a weekly Bank Payroll, registering staff on Healthroster system and maintaining accurate staff data and training records. The role will also involve responsibility for all aspects of bank and agency shift management. The post holder will provide support to the Business Support Manager to ensure that new ways of working are identified and delivered to ensure the bank service is based on best practice..
