Job description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
activities to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income
statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Cost Control: Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement strategies to optimise
spending while maintaining quality.

Risk Management: Manage financial risks and create strategies to mitigate them
effectively.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily
operations and future investments.

Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and compliance
standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and professional development.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies
and objectives that align with the company's goals.

Financial Systems: Oversee financial software and systems, identifying opportunities for
enhancement and ensuring data integrity.
