Contract Type: Full-time
Responsibilities: - As a Well being Mentor Teaching Assistant you will offer individual and group support to students, focusing on enhancing their social and emotional well being.
- Implement effective strategies and interventions to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- As a Well being Mentor Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address the specific needs of students.
- Support the development and implementation of well being programs and initiatives.
- As a Well being Mentor Teaching Assistant you will monitor and assess the impact of interventions on student well being.
- Establish positive relationships with students to create a safe and supportive space for communication.
Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in a similar or teaching assistant role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting the social and emotional well being of students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Knowledge of relevant well being strategies and interventions. or willingness to learn.
