Berkeley Scott is partnered with an award-winning luxury Bar & Restaurant to help them find a Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. You will be cooking with great quality fresh ingredients to a high company standards.

Your new role as our Head Chef:
- Managing kitchen brigade
- Cooking with the best quality fresh ingredients
- Scratch cooking to high company standards
- Managing all food safety and hygiene standards as required
- Developing seasonal menus
What we ask of you:
- Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar branded environment
- Great communication skills
