Role Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in the Biology department, guiding the development and implementation of the curriculum for Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Inspire and support a team of dedicated Biology teachers.

• Contribute actively to whole-school initiatives and collaborate with fellow subject leaders.

Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate proven experience in teaching Biology at Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Exhibit a passion for creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
