Senior Learning Support Assistant Monday- Friday 37 Hours Per Week
£27,080 - £29,594 per annum pro rata – depending on experience and qualifications Based at our St Albans Campus, With the flexibility to travel to the Welwyn Garden City Campus.We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated individual to Line Manage a team of Learning Support Assistants as well as support our students to ensure they reach their full potential. You will need knowledge, experience, and awareness of a variety of approaches to supporting students. The role will include liaising closely with the Curriculum, parents, and carers to ensure they are provided with up to date, accurate information regarding the support the students are receiving, this will also include Chairing EHCP reviews. You will need to be highly organised and have attention to detail, working across all Curriculum levels within a diverse, fast-paced environment, while also Line Managing a team of Learning support assistants. To be considered for this role candidates need to hold the following.
