Real Estate Finance Associate/ Senior Associate, Manchester 2-5 PQE
Excellent opportunity for a real estate finance lawyer to join the Manchester office of a regional law firm.
The Role
- To advise on a broad range of structured real estate finance deals
-Advising lenders and borrowers
- To join a growing team and work with Partners across all offices
- The team acts for a broad range of clients including institutional and private lenders, local authorities, local businesses, family offices and asset managers.
-Working across a wide range of sectors.
The Candidate
- Real Estate finance lawyer- 2-5PQE
- Strong academic and training record
- Excellent client facing skills
- A team player
