Your Role:
- Deliver customer-focused HR services to stakeholders.
- Lead employee engagement and communication efforts.
- Coach managers in people management and talent development.
- Manage payroll, HR records, and timekeeping systems.
- Handle employee relations, absence, and performance management.
- Lead health and well-being engagement initiatives.
- Oversee site facilities and employee welfare.
- Relaunch the Employee Forum for effective communication.
About You
- Proven HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Level 3 CIPD certified with a consistent work history.
- Strong grasp of employment law and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in HR systems and tools.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
