Are you a standout Reward professional/experienced Head of Reward looking for a new challenge in 2024 and beyond? Macmillan Davies have been retained by a global and ground breaking business to recruit their first permanent Head of Reward, based out of their South Manchester headquarters.

Reporting into the CPO and a key member of the Senior People team, you will closely partner, influence and advise the Senior Leadership team to shape the Global People Strategy to support the ever shifting business strategy.

This role isn't just about compensation and benefits, it's to ensure the right organisational culture and capability is in place to deliver current and future business plans.

Working with a diverse workforce and across the globe, you will develop and implement a competitive reward and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent, engage colleagues and deliver the required behaviours and performance levels across all colleagues.

We are looking for a strategic reward professional with previous experience of working in an innovative and revolutionary organisation, ideally with experience of managing international/global comps and bens. Pace and ambiguity is the norm in this business but people and the culture of the business are the core.

Managing a small team, this is a real "Leader" role which will suit a natural communicator and solutions finder who will arrive with vast experience of reward and benefit frameworks. Experience of launching and embedding a market competitive reward framework for a truly diverse workforce is essential, as is influencing at senior level.

Working 2-3 days out of their South Manchester office, the salary on offer is £75-85,000 + bonus + an evolving suite of benefits including double employer contribution pension.
