Job Description
Junior Commis Chef Passionate about guest interaction? As a Reception Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

As our next Commis Chef, you... - Are curious about food, always willing to try new combinations and flavors
- Assist in the preparation of the dishes in a timely fashion and agreed standards
- Ensure the availability of mise-en-place as required
- Observe excellent food hygiene practice through the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: - Previous experience as a Kitchen Team Member or Sous Chef in a hotel would be preferential
- Your passion will be to wow our guest with amazing food
- You will be obsessed about brand standards and genuinely care about guest experience and exceeding guest expectations
- You are a great leader and strive to develop the kitchen team
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong team player and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Essential to be flexible with working hours including weekends, mornings, afternoons and evenings
- Must already have the right to work in the UK

Your team and working environment: - Our hotel comprises 307 bedrooms, Bar and Restaurant
- Our ever growing F&B team is currently 10 team members split between Bar, Restaurant and Kitchen
