Job description

A Live-in Housekeeper to work in Abingdon, Oxfordshire is needed by this fantastic family to help them maintain the cleanliness of their home. They are looking for someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. A driver who holds a full driving license is a requirement for this role.

Working hours: 5 days per week from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm then 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, approximately 40 hours per week (flexibility for weekends)

Accommodation: Private Room, shared bathroom with other housekeeper

Duties include:

take care of the household
mopping the floor
dusting
cooking for the family
freshening the rooms
doing the laundry and ironing of the family
dusting
hoovering the carpets and floors
ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
polishing floor
making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean
doing the grocery shopping and errands
organising cupboards and changing bedsheets
