Our client are looking to hire a senior management accountant for their rapidly growing organisation, due to growth and an increased workload, our client have created a new senior management accounting position within their strong reporting team.

Description

• Prepare the management accounts for a number of UK entities.
• Prepare, develop and analyse key financial information.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports.
• Prepare & post month end journals.
• Work closely with other department leaders to optimise company finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Reconcile cost of sales

Profile

A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:

• Qualified by experience or qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Proven experience in a similar management accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Strong Excel skills.
