Account Manager

£30,000-£35,000pa plus commission

Hybrid/Kings Hill, Kent

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join Lumina Energy, part of the Commercial Services Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual with previous experience working in sales and a demonstrable track record of success.

The Account Manager will be accountable for retaining and growing a portfolio of customer accounts and developing strong customer relationships.

Key duties 

• Take sole responsibility for growing and retaining a customer portfolio
• Manage the full end-to-end contract process to successfully on-board customers
• Build strategic relationships with key decision makers at customer organisations, including senior stakeholder engagement
• Continuously build your understanding of the energy market and new products
• Successfully achieve KPIs for sales, pipeline and productivity metrics.

What we need from you - 

• Previous experience working within the Energy industry is desirable
• The ability to build relationships with new business prospects
• Experience building a strong pipeline of opportunities and converting into sales
• A charismatic and engaging telephone manner
• The successful candidate will need to be motivated with tenacity to succeed in a competitive market
