Gatwick IRC are looking for a Mental Health Practitioner to provide healthcare to patients, promoting health and well-being within the prisoner population. This role will be responsible for assessment and caseload management of those referred into Mental health services within Gatwick IRC , working as part of a primary care integrated model. You will be supporting your team to carry out comprehensive assessments, confidently communicating treatment options and initiating supportive care plans, working with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team. You will model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence. Please note, in order to apply for a position at Gatwick IRC , allapplicants need to have been living in the United Kingdom (with residency inthe UK, such as UK/Irish/EU Passport, or an Indefinite Leave to Remain Visa)for the last 3 years with no more than a 28 day break being outside of the UKand no gaps in employment during this time.
