STRATEGIC LEAD FOR BUSINESS & COMPUTING

Foxford Community School

Full or Part Time

TMS/UPS plus the opportunity for a suitable candidate for a leadership allowance in the TLR2 range

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to lead our Business and Computing faculty, also known as Enterprise. We are seeking someone with a commitment to excellence who will ideally be able to teach Enterprise subjects to A Level standard.  

The successful applicant will:

·        Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning;

·        Be able to teach Enterprise subjects up to A Level;

·        Have a record of consistently delivering strong GCSE and A Level results across a range of ability levels; 

·        Have an ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students and staff;

·        Deliver a curriculum that inspires and engages students and provides an aspirational and challenging learning experience;

·        Be able to lead the strategic direction of the faculty;

·        Be able to ensure the continued delivery of high quality learning and teaching within the faculty;

·        Be able to line manage staff in the faculty;

·        Possess the skills and determination to make a profound difference to the lives of our students by sharing our belief in the highest standards of academic achievement in an inclusive setting
