Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Office - Uxbridge - Up to £42,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Uxbridge. CBW are currently recruiting a static Electrical Engineer to be based in a commercial office. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance..

Key duties & Responsibilities

- Provide input into and management of the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring associated work tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) planner, SLA and KPI targets
- Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements
- Provide support and expertise to assist the Site Supervisor
- Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the Site Supervisor
- Annual/ Monthly Emergency lighting checks
- Daily, weekly, and monthly PPM checks – To Building Services HVAC & Electrical systems

Hours of Work

- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- Week 1 - Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
- Week 2 - Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm.

Requirements

- Electrical C&G Level 2 & 3 with AM2 (Essential)
- 18th Edition (Essential)
- C&G 2391 (Testing and Inspection) - (Desirable)
- Water Hygiene L8 (Desirable)
- Knowledge of M&E standards (Desirable)
- Carpentry other Trade qualifications (Desirable)
- Plumbing (Desirable)

- Up to £42,000 per annum
