KS1 Teacher

Working as a daily KS1 cover teacher at Academics you can expect:

The successful daily cover KS1 teacher will need to:

• Be an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or a Bachelor of Education
• Have the ability and experience of teaching in KS1 areas with good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary
• Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team

Academics Ltd are currently working with Primary schools in the London Borough of Barnet who are looking for KS1 Teachers to work on a daily supply basis.

The KS1 Teacher must ensure that the behaviour policy is fully implemented across KS1, and adhered to throughout the schools, resulting in pupils being aware of expectations.
