Salary: £25,000 starting salary with uncapped bonus OTE £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday – flexible hours
Our client is currently looking for a proven sales advisor to focus on selling Motor Trade Road Risks Insurance policies from their office based in Redditch, Worcestershire.

Day to Day duties will include the following:
- Contact customers by phone who are looking for insurance.
- Receive incoming calls from customers who are looking for motor trade insurance.
- Liaise with colleagues, team leaders and managers to ensure enquiries are dealt with diligently and promptly.
- Understand the customers’ demands and needs.
- Source competitive insurance quotations and present these in a confident, compliant manner.
- Track your individual performance to ensure that targets are hit each month.
- Competently and accurately enter customer information on insurance portals, systems and refer to insurers as required.
- Upsell additional, suitable add-on products to complement the insurance policy
Experience:
- Previous experience dealing with Motor Trade Road Risk Insurance policies would be highly beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with SSP (Pure) would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Previous Insurance Sales Experience is essential.
