We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional Developer based out of Basingstoke.
They are now looking to bring an additional Quantity Surveyor into the commercial team to focus on schemes ranging from 100- 300 units per phase with both traditional build and timbers frame elements on largely green field projects in the region, you will be reporting directly to Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor, working on your own projects or as part of a commercial team.
In return, they're offering a salary of circa £65-75K + package and the opportunity to join an award-winning business with sustainable growth, an excellent reputation for training, development, and long-term retention of staff within the business. There is a combination of working from home, the office and site visits.
