Job description

Vinyl Floor Layer required to start ASAP on an adaptations/kitchen and bathroom scheme in and around the Gainsborough area.

The Client

Our client is a large award winning social housing sub contractor based who operates around Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, North West and the Midlands specialising planned works, re-roofing, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms schemes on behalf of various councils and housing associations.

Job Role

This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:

• Laying vinyl floors in kitchens, wet rooms and bathrooms in a mixture of tenanted and void properties

They require the Candidate to perform the below;

• Demonstrate substantial recent relevant experience in Repairs and Maintenance
• Experience of working in domestic properties
• Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
• Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs

The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £20 per hour Umbrella/CIS. There is on street parking available.

This position is long term work from 6 months to a year's contract.

Requirements

• CSCS card
• Previous experience as a Floor Layer
• Social housing Experience
• Transport
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
