Job description
Aerial Direct are expanding and seeking experienced telecoms sales consultants to join our award winning team. Our Business Development Managers are trusted IT & Telecoms advisors, using their excellent sales skills to build strong relationships with potential customers and identifying the best products to fit their needs.

What does the role involve?
- Working with warm leads and pre-booked appointments you will use your sales and telecoms expertise to educate potential customers on Aerial Direct's product offering
- Researching customers, target market sectors and your region of responsibility
- Using a consultative sales approach to understand customers individual needs and how Aerial Direct's products and services can benefit each potential customer
- Building strong relationships with potential customers
- Managing your own workload and time effectively
- Achieving individual and department targets and KPIs
- Attending in person and virtual meetings and demonstrations
- Working alongside technical experts to build bespoke solutions for potential customers
What are we looking for?
- Strong face to face sales experience is vital
- Experience selling or working with Unified Communications Products
- A full clean UK driving license
- Confidence and the ability to build effective relationships
- Professional, reliable and driven
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
