Job description
We are looking for a Communications and Admin Manager to work at an Alternative Provision in Blackpool.
The general role consists of:
-Answering phones
-Taking and managing messages
-Regular and targeted Mail Shots
-General filing
-Manage own emails
-Ensure Behaviour watch accurate and up to date
-Ensure attendance registers are completed and accurate
-Manage Campus Budget
-Welcoming visitors and following TAS sign in policy
Other:
-Support in all areas of Duke of Edinburgh Awards
-Attend open days, parents evening and award evenings
-Take active part in in Sports days and support school trips
-Hold a UK driving licence
– Attend team meeting once a week
-Develop relationships with other schools and agencies
