Job Information
I am recruiting for a growing children's residential care home provider that are established in the Yorkshire area and has plans to grow and develop.
I am looking for a Director of Operations to join the organisation and head up the growth plans whilst ensuring each service provides expert/OFSTED-standard support and care to each young person.
The Director of Operations will report to the board of directors and will currently manage of 2 Regional Managers
Currently, the organisation has homes currently based in Yorkshire, 4 operational, 2 more preparing to open, 3 further properties secured to eventually open.
Services are OFSTED regulated and support and care for children with EBD, LD, Autism, and challenging behaviours.
_Salary and package are negotiable - depending on experience. _
Requirements to apply
- NVQ Level 5 is essential, Level 7 is desirable
- Experience at senior management level, leading and developing children's residential care services
- Proven track record opening homes and achieving GOOD or above OFSTED ratings
- Driving Licence
