The role:

You will provide support to clients on all aspects of employment law including litigation relating to discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal as well as claims in the employment tribunal and relating to breach of contract and business protection claims in the High Court.

You'll be advising corporate clients on all day-to-day people-related issues including

• Preparing contracts and policies, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues, large scale restructuring projects and service provision changes involving TUPE
• Advising businesses and individuals on the employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Cross border work involving sourcing and coordinating international advice from around the globe and cross border transactions.
