Job description
Paradigm Housing Group
Assistant Director – Customers and Neighbourhoods
Location: High Wycombe
Remuneration: Circa £98k
Paradigm Housing Group is one of the Southeast’s leading housing providers, managing over 16,000 homes across 30 local authorities with a turnover of circa £145m. Headquartered near High Wycombe and Beaconsfield, we are both a charity and a registered provider of social housing, employing over 600 people. We have a clear and ambitious view of where we are as an organisation and where we need to get to: providing an excellent service for our customers and focusing on safety and sustainability.
Our objective is that Paradigm should be an exemplar organisation in our sector, and we have ambitious plans for growth. Our 5-year Corporate Plan sets out a clear vision for the organisation, including commitments to provide excellent services and support for our most vulnerable customers, as well as investment to reduce the carbon emissions of our homes to net zero by 2050 and address fuel poverty. To help us achieve these objectives, we have embarked on an organisation-wide transformation programme with investments in new core IT and digital solutions.
In order to deliver excellence for our customers we are looking to recruit to an Assistant Director post in our Customer Directorate to lead on our ‘specialist’ teams of lettings, anti-social behaviour and customer support, as part of our wider customer and neighbourhood service. We are looking for an influential leader and team player, who will work closely as part of an ambitious, driven Customer Leadership Team. You will be instrumental in delivering excellent services to tenants and homeowners.
You will combine housing services expertise with a track record of leading and delivering proactive, impact-focussed services to customers, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy sustainment. You will be a leader who brings ambition and innovation striving to better our services, championing our customers. This is a key role in ensuring our customer directorate operates in a joined-up approach to deliver better outcomes for our customers and neighbourhoods. We aim to do the basics brilliantly through improvements in how we work and being data driven, whilst always listening to and acting on customer needs.
This is a great opportunity to join us at a time when you can have a real and personal impact on determining our future direction. At Paradigm, whilst we work hard, we offer an attractive range of benefits and encourage everyone to grow with us. We support flexible ways of working and welcome applications from all sections of the communities in which we work.
Paradigm is a place where everyone will be respected, valued, and welcomed. Our commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) means we are creating an inclusive workplace where everyone is free to be themselves and feel like they belong. We are committed to creating a customer focused culture ensuring that ED&I is embedded in our service delivery, values, behaviours, policies and procedures.
